To qualify for free shipping in the continental US, your total order amount must be a minimum of $50.00. A flat rate shipping/handling charge is added when the total is less than $50; the higher is the amount, the lower is the charge. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping but not more than the following: extra $25 plus $0.2 per pound plus $1 per item. After you place your order, we will modify the shipping charge if the actual shipping charge is less.
To Canada, we charge $25 plus $0.2 per pound plus $6 per item. After you place your order, we will modify the shipping charge if the actual shipping charge is less.
We do not sell to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside the United States or Canada. We encourage customers in foreign countries to buy from a local dealer in their country of residence. However, if you pay in advance for the purchased items and for actual shipping, we will ship to any country.
Internet orders within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped with United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service or United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, please provide a physical/street address in the shipping information fields when you place your order.
PLEASE ALLOW 5 to 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF THE ORDERED ITEMS TO YOU.
Eden Filters does not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. Overnight Delivery is not available in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska. Eden Filters will require a signature for ground deliveries over $500. By leaving a signed note on your door, you are giving UPS or USPS a permission to leave the package at the door, and you have relinquished Eden Filters and the carriers of any and all responsibilities for loss or damages.
Missing / Lost Orders:
Shipments can be tracked on the UPS web site. You will be provided by email the tracking number you will use to track your package once we process your order and even before the product leaves our warehouse. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until UPS has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.
Eden Filters is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond our control and the control of our carrier, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
All water systems carry a one year warranty, which covers repair and/or replacement of defective components, and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, labor or misapplication, or natural disasters. We will repair or replace any defective components which we consider "defective".
Eden Filters provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all water treatment systems purchased. This guarantee does not cover cartridges, membranes, any products purchased from our Wholesale Department and water treatment systems priced $500 and up. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition (not connected to the water). Otherwise a stocking fee of 20% will apply. Actual shipping charges paid by Eden Filters will be deducted from the purchase price. When returning an item for refund, the following terms must be met:
(1) Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
(2) The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
(3) You must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
(4) All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
(5) Return shipping expense must be paid by the customer.
(6) Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box. Ship the merchandise to the following address :
Shipping/Returns: same "From address" on the shipping label you received.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above terms, and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.
